A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a thin tan colored head that consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of dark malts and pine are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of dark malts with a bit of roast and a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at hiding its alcohol from the taste. It taste strong, but nothing like 10.5%.
