Vibe: rather unremarkable exterior at the end of a strip mall. Without much of a glance, one could assume it's a vacuum store, nail saloon, or some other generic strip mall entity. Inside is an industrial space with shareable tables, a moderately sized bar, and a small back patio. Brewing equipment is easy to view when walking to/from the patio. Garage doors allow additional fresh air to flow through the interior of the dining area.
Quality: everything seems quality enough.
Service: it was pretty typical. Not super chatty, but helpful enough. Took a little while to get a beer on a fairly slow day shortly after midday.
Selection: actually a pretty diverse selection for 2024, meaning not IPA dominate. Some hoppy options, but also a few various dark beers.

Not a pretty location. In a strip mall and unassuming. Inside looked much better. It was pretty packed on a Saturday evening. About 10 beers on tap. Plus, a few guest taps. They have about 6 of their beers canned and ready for to-go purchases. I didn't try many beers but I thought Isabelle was fantastic.

this is a really neat place, and worth the half hour drive from kansas city proper. it has the feel of a farmhouse sort of rural brewery. you pull in down a gravel road to a beautifully manicured property with a pond and a space where weddings go down. they share a building with a bar that must also host events, and have an amazing outdoor area out back with all kinds of seating options, plenty of shade, and gorgeous country scenery! amazing place to have a beer. its a little sterile and new inside, tin and concrete, but the simple nature of the place is endearing too, a long bar and an cavernous room filled with echoes. you walk past the operations part on your way in. they have a very minimal selection of beers, five or six at most, and a lot of pretty basic styles, almost like craft is new out here and the have to wade in slowly. everything is well enough made and agreeable, but none of it is particularly interesting or inspired to me, plain but good. the donna wheat was good, they all were. service is just okay, almost not at all interested in the beers despite being attentive to my empty glass, and just sort of dazed, not a great spokesperson for the brewery thats for sure, but she got the job done. the weird thing is they have food trucks which is cool, but you have to order from a separate part of the bar, like, i had to get up from my seat at the bar to walk around to the side to order food from the truck and then walk out my ticket. not a big deal, but fairly confusing and disrupting, they need to fix this system, its a drawback. the vibe is what i would come back for, so cool outside, gorgeous really. the beer is good enough to drink out there all day, but dont expect anything life changing right now. hopefully they continue evolving the beers a little bit, but its worth a visit still in its current form if for the property alone!
