A- This pours at first a very pale yellow color, and is super clear.....nothing that a little gentle swirling of the bottom liquid in the can doesn't remedy, which provides the normal murky, yeast suspended wheat beer that I would have envisioned all along. The head is super white, very big bubbled and fizzy, dissipating quickly into obscurity, leaving only behind a faint half ring around the inside of the glass. The carbonation appears to be quite aggressive and again, big bubbled, more akin to a ginger ale for comparison. There is really no lacing to speak of here either, with only a watery layer clinging to the glass. Overall it isn't a super interesting looking brew.
S- Very tart citrus aromas upfront, with light wheat malts, muted spice and some possible open air funk happening here. The finish is mellow, of cinnamon and clove and fruity.....turning more towards orchard peach/green apple.
T- This is very interesting....dont ask me why, but I am getting a burst of bubble gum sweetness initially! After my palate becomes accustomed to this 'shock', it settles down towards more of a watery sparking orange juice, or even a mimosa, made more with Martini Asti, rather than a proper Prosecco. Fruity wheat malts, again with the orchard fruit mellowness, and the finish being clean, crisp and just slightly hoppy. Overall this category is decent....different but decent!
M/O- Light body and the carbonation is, as the appearance suggested, big and robust, which makes this an easy quencher, but the flavors still shine through. I would have no issue slamming one of these on a hot summer day, but can appreciate it during these colder winter times, however, it is no true Belgian style Wit....its good though.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy blonde color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry wheat malt is OK. Taste is a mix of light dry wheat malt with light cereal undertone. Body is light with medium carbonation. Limited complexity with some slightly off-balance notes.
