Appearance is clear medium gold. Very small ring of white bubbles around glass edges.
No aroma.
The flavor: imagine a hot Belgian waffle with dried apples, cinnamon and powdered sugar. A bit yeasty.
Not a world class effort, but a strong showing. After all, how many brewpubs even try this?
