Central Jersey Beer Fest.
On Tap to 2 oz. tasting glass.
LOOK: medium yellow, nice white head. Bubbly carbonation.
AROMA: too much pine and hairspray to be enjoyable.
TASTE: too much pine and hairspray to be enjoyable.
FEEL: lively, but overly dry

Excellent IPA bordering on being a DIPA.
Lots of citrusy hops in the nose - this is definitely a West Coast IPA. Quite floral and juicy.
The taste is no letdown from the nose - lots of juicy hops in here showcasing the citrusy aspect of West Coast IPAs. Malt character adds a touch of sweetness and balance but still lets the hops pull the show. Nice bitterness at the end.
Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated - just right for this beer.
Very drinkable.
This is an excellent example of a West Coast IPA. Give it a try.
