On-tap at the source, on to the beer:
Dark brown colored with a short head that doesn't last long, but does leave spotty lace. IT has a toasty aroma, toasted grain, and some toffee on the side. At first, there isn't a lot to the taste; just toasted malts and little else. As the beer warms, the beer gains a nutty aspect, a kiss of hops, and a gentle kick of sweetness. It's a medium-full bodied beer, complimented with smooth carbonation. It's a little stronger than the usual brown ale, but just as tasty.
