Base beer is a dry Irish stout, brewed with a local chocolate caramel sauce. Plenty of light getting through this one. Toasty aroma, and the additions are subtle--hints of bittersweet chocolate. We're not always looking for a glass of dessert, especially with the thin body here. Makes it go down easy, and I'm still skeptical of the ABV.
