I love how much barrel and bourbon flavor Double Nickel coaxes out of "small" beers. Their barrel-aged brews are 6%-8% but full of flavor and barrel character. Mother's Barrel is one of the best.

Pretty enjoyable BA brown. Nice barrel notes, with some toffee and caramel to hold the beer together. I thought this was a solid and unique offering from DNB.
