A: Pours a hazy pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint honey + pale yellow + pale burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that quickly reduces to a medium to marge sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 60% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/tangerine + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/papaya + coconut + stone fruit/peach hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/tangerine + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/papaya + coconut + stone fruit/peach hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus hop flavors and a touch of green hop burn.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel though there is a touch of green hop burn. Enjoyable with a pleasant combonation of hop flavors and aromas and the touch of coconut presence from those hops is a nice change of pace from other NEIPAs.

This is a blonde, slightly hazy IPA with Sabro and Galaxy hops. The coconut and passionfruit really shine in the flavor. Aroma is nice and finish is fairly smooth. Overall a very tasty IPA.
