Copenhagen 4/2 2021. 33 cl bottle from Belgisk Bryg, Emdrup Mosevej, Kbh. NV. Manic and slightly demented looking rabbit on the label.
Pours murky maroon with a mid-sized off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong and boozy odor mingling with a lighter sour scent. Dark fermented fruit. Plums and raisins. Brown sugar. A bit metallic. Alcohol lurking just underneath.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary sweet. Lingering. Finish is sweet with a boozy streak.
Drank this beer after a long and cold bicycle ride at night. A perfect warm up to a sweet and boozy winter beer.

Poured into a delirium tulip....looks good. Winter brew beep in body, a soft feathery top.
Up the nostrils this one gives you ripe fruit and spices, a real pilferers snatch.
Taste isnt quite up to the aroma....good with nice spicy notes but just not a full delivery.
Feel is as feel is, and this feels smooth, but carries an abrubt 'stop' tobacco aftertaste.
Overall.......all things to all men...not bad if your delicate, not supreme IMO. But make no mistake it is a very good beer!

Pours a murky light-brown color with a medium top of beige head that dissolves quickly. The aroma is of caramel, bread, burned sugar, plums, raisins and nuts.
The taste is sweet and fruity at the start with a good amount of roasted notes and caramel in the back. The roasted flavours stays until the finish with some small bitternes as well. The aftertaste has a good lenght as well. Mouthfeel is soft and oily, but a little flat with medium carbonation and a medium body.
Always nice to be surprised when you trie not so well known belgian brands.
This quadruple is actually quite pleasant.
