[Dune Keun Tripel]
Style: Triple
Degree: 8.5°
IBU: 34
Brewery: De Kustbrouwerij
Kust Brouwerij started in 2010 in the city of Middelkerke and launched its first beer in 2014.
Brewed at Deca, this triple is in the spirit of the brewery that likes experiments because it will be infused with apple wood for 6 weeks.
The beer has a beautiful apricot color and is topped with an abundant and persistent creamy mousse.
On the nose, you will find fruity notes of apples, pears, and spicy touches.
The palate is round, smooth, filled with complex, well-balanced flavors.
At the end of the palate, you will be faced with a slight acidic touch and a well-controlled bitterness.
I recommend pairing this beer with vanilla ice cream and a Thai basil pear coulis.
Cheers
