I had this beer in a straight-sided glass on tap at the brewery.
Appearance: extremely dark brown with a thin layer of tan foam. I like it.
Smell: very roasty with a little bit of toast undertone. Dryish and promising.
Taste: nice roastiness that lends a dry character despite an underlying caramel sweetness. Quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. I dig it.
Overall: a very good stout indeed, it walks the line between sweet and dry.
