A collaboration with Postdoc Brewing. This beer incorporates over 400lbs of plums in a strong and tart wheat-based base. It picks up a purplish hue from all of those plums and welcomes you with aromas of fresh fruit, citrus, and plums! The fruit, the high ABV, and the refreshingly bright lactic acidity intertwine to bring you a nice dose of summer.
