2019 harvest season Fresh Hop: Mosaic IPA from Crucible. Served from a growler from Growler Guys in Seattle. Beer pours super hazy, like a NE IPA, and has a big, juicy aroma. Papaya and maybe grapefruit. Loads of fruity and tropical flavors, but also a commensurate bitterness to keep this in conventional IPA proportions, with 60 IBU and 6% ABV according to Growler Guys. Lots of fine carbonation and a dry finish make for a very successful Mosaic hop harvest this year.
