I had this in a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light stringy lacing running here and there around the glass.
The smell had some spicy Rye with a nice mix of caramel maltiness to sweeten nicely.
The taste took those flavors and blended very nicely. There was a light caramel/citrusy/Rye aftertaste. There was a light dry spicy finish.
The mouthfeel had a harsh spiciness rolling over my tongue making it sitting about a medium on the body.
Overall, good DIPA with the rye to add a nice spice. Yes, I'll have another.
