Had on tap at brewery. Pours clear, tan in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is big bourbon, oak, and light earthy hops. Slick and heavy bodied, moderate carbonation and sweet. I preferred this to regular Hopothermia because the barrel aging was delicious. That said, the beer is dominated by the barrel and almost all of the regular hoppy taste from the original is absorbed. Great tasting beer that I had a couple pours of though.
