T: Nice balance of all elements, with a suggestion of nectarine. L: wonderfully active tiny bubble scene, lively stuff from the wild state.

16oz can. Best by 12/31/2021, but I think I'll be OK on 01/10/2022. Sample from the brewery.
Hazy (unfiltered), orange, dark hues, some particles from dry-hopping, and a thin creamy head. Citrusy, estery, fruity nose with notes of tea and browned apples. First sip is a bit tart and sharp with kiwi, rhubarb, and strawberry, followed by melon rind, orange, and ripe, fleshy mango. Malt backbone is bready, caramelly, and a bit toasty with honey notes. Mouthfeel is very creamy, smooth, and medium-bodied. Finish is dry and bready with a soft herbal linger.
Haven't had an Alaskan beer in years. Glad I got to try this experimental Double IPA hopped 586.

Big frothy head and brown orange hazy body. Smell is Orange, melon, vanilla, tropical fruit, tea, and floral notes. Taste is melon, big time. Interesting. Kiwi, orange, some mango, and caramel malt to sweeten it up, with a slight piney character on the finish. Minimal bitterness, especially for a double. Feel is super creamy and smooth. This is really good, like, really good… it stands out enough from the IPAs I’ve been drinking to be, like, really good. That melon flavor is good.

16 oz can best by 12/31/21
L: Hazy Amber
S: Tropical, hint of pineapple…not very aromatic.
T: white grape juice, tropical fruits
F: Dry, smooth, but crisp
Enjoying the tropical, fruity flavor. This is dangerously drinkable, crisp, and refreshing for 7.5% ABV. Drinks like a session beer. The dry, crisp finish is the highlight for me. I really enjoyed this beer. Well done.
