Kill Patrick, brewed for 2015 GABS. A stout first & foremost, with hints of smoked malts, and a touch of rye. This beer contains fresh unshucked oysters from the Tweed River & spiced with the key flavours of Worcestershire sauce. Being Gold Coast boys we had to brew something that represented the sea.
