33cl bottle imported directly from Belgium.
Label is abstract, simple, and pleasant. The pour is a dark brown-ish red with a white wisp of a head and medium fizz. Perhaps a bit light-colored for the style, but still inviting.
Aroma is spicy and yeast heavy, bread and cloves a light bit of alcohol burn.
Flavor is straightforward. A bit tame for the style, but still nicely composed and very drinkable. Dark fruit up front: plums and figs, moving into the aforementioned spice and booze in the middle and finish. The most complexity comes at the very back end, where the yeast really shines.
