Copenhagen 2/8 2021. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. A guy in old fashioned deep diving outfit with a metal helmet enjoying a beer underwater on the label.

Pours unclear golden orange with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a malty odor mingling with a grainy sour scent and yeasty notes. Sweet pale malts, orange lemonade. Sourish cheese. Sharp sour notes.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a mild bitter undertone. Finish is semi-dry.

Nice, fruity and malty brew with a characteristic yeasty touch.
