Copenhagen 27/5 2021. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Drawing of a bear sleeping on top of a Hedonis beer barrel on the label.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized light beige head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a dark sweet odor mingling with earthy notes. Brown sugar and toffee. Shoe polish and wet soil. Sourish grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourness. Aftertaste is surprisingly bitter but with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice earthy but a bit restrained Stout.

Can. This one is 5.4% ABV brewed for Beer52. Extra dark chestnut with a medium thick, billowy, light tan head.
A veggie malt smell with hints of vanilla and Bounty Bar.
A sweet flavour which is also reminiscent of it's aroma.
A drying bitterness is felt.
I'm sure it would have been better with the original ABV.

A beautiful beer: deep brown with a lush, variegated head that clings foamily to the glass. Its aroma is of 90%-cocoa dark chocolate; pleasant, but not warmly inviting. The flavor is right for the dry stout style, with a bracing bitterness. It’s not exactly my cup of tea, but it’s on point. The beer is delightfully creamy in texture.

Cerveza de color marrón oscuro, con un dedo de espuma de mediana retención. De cuerpo medio y carbonatación media/alta. Aroma tostado con sensaciones de vainilla y coco. De sabor agradable, inicialmente dulce pero con un acabado amargo.

I loved it so much, I waited 3 months until they released it again. Had a nice hint of spice to go along with lovely stout. Special ordered from Belgium to US it is that special to me...not cheap at all once you add shipping costs!

Poured just above room temp into a tulip. Nice motor oil black with little head. Nose is roasted malts and coffee. Getting wood and a bit of spice. Taste follows the nose - nice coffee notes. Definitely roasty. Not incredibly strong or complex, but really good IMO. Mouthfeel was moderately creamy. Overall, nice stout.

Color: brown with ruby highlights, hazy. Head beige, medium high, short-lived.
Aroma: roasted, very delicate coffee.
The taste of beer is smooth, slightly oily. As the aroma, roasted, cocoa, chocolate, however, quite easily.
Bitterness: medium, dry coffee. Saturation medium, fits.
