Ale with Rye, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces. A second iteration of our Berliner Weisse “Prop 002”, in this version we swapped all of the wheat malt with rye malt.

750 mL bottle. Orange body with some haze. Smells of rye and fruit yeast aromas. A bit of brett. Tastes of lemon and lime sourness. Strong brett sourness. Fruity yeast and malt with a rye spice and graininess in the back end. Light body. Subtle flavors, but nice.
