750 mL bottle. Very pale yellow and a little hazy. Smell is a little acidic. Lemon. Grainy. Unique grain aroma, probably from the rice. Tastes better. Very grainy. Light lemon tartness. The back end has just a bit of funk that makes me think oak barrel, but I guess not. Very light and highly carbonated. Not the most interesting of this series, but not bad.

This was an odd one.

L: Really enjoyed the appearance. Hazy, light straw color, eggshell white head that fades to a ring.

S: Okay well...we were off to a good start. It smells like rotten eggs. It's tough to get past the sulfur, but when you do there is a nice, light rice character with a hint of lemon.

T: Sulfur is gone here, and this is fine. It's kind of like and acidic, more complex version of Bud Light. The rice shows.

F: Light and effervescent as expected.

O: This was weird. The sulfur fades a bit as it warms so it's fine, but I'm just not a huge fan of rice in beers.

A: Light citrus, moderately sulfury, coupled with moderate lacto sourness, and a very faint doughy aroma.

A: Pale yellow, super hazy, with a big fluffy white head.

T: Light citrus, almost lemon-like quality, with a fairly sharp lacto sourness.

M: Light bodied with high carbonation. Refreshing to drink, but the body is super thin.

O: Pretty solid, however the jasmine rice made the body quite thin. The beer has high carbonation, so coupled with a thin body the beer is refreshing, but a little sharp to drink. The beer could be better with more body or less carbonation.
