750 mL bottle. Pale yellow and a little hazy. Small white head. Smells of oak, light grain, very faint lemon acidity. I don't get plums here. Tastes pretty nice. Light plum fruitiness and tartness. Oak softens it. Light mineral saltiness in the finish. Light body with low carbonation. As always, very subtle but tastes nice.

Bottle.
A: Slightly salty, with a pronounced plum aroma. Lightly funky with a moderate sourness.
A: Golden color, clear with a moderate white head that has solid retention. Very light lacing in the glass.
T: Lots of plum upfront, slightly salty with a funky, lingering lacto sourness.
M: Light bodied with high carbonation. The beer is effervescent and refreshing.
O: Pretty tasty; the plums and salt work well with the funky oak character and together create a great aroma and flavor. The beer comes together pretty well, but could be even better with a bit more wheat malt and less pilsner malt to bring out more character.
