A: Moderately sharp lacto sourness, with light kaffir lime and coconut aromas.

A: Pale straw color, pretty hazy, effervescent, with a large white frothy head that dissolves quickly into the glass.

T: Moderate lacto sourness with light kaffir lime and coconut. There is a light bready character in the background, along with very subtle pepper heat on the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.

O: Surprisingly tasty; kaffir lime is a super difficult ingredient to work with and if not careful can really overpower more delicate aromas and flavors. Peppers are not always easy to work with either for the same reason. However, this beer’s adjuncts work well together and really compliment the base beer. Very refreshing and easy to drink.
