A: Big cucumber aroma, light blood orange, with a moderate lacto sourness.

A: Light straw color, pretty hazy, effervescent, with a thick white head that has decent retention. There is light lacing in the glass.

T: Big cucumber flavor upfront, light blood orange, followed by a moderately sharp lacto sourness and subtle, but noticeable pepper heat that lingers through the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer has an excellent cucumber nose and flavor. The cucumber and light blood orange is an excellent contrast to the lacto sourness and light pepper heat. Very easy to drink and refreshing.
