One barrel of lambic-inspired ale and added shredded coconut directly to the barrel for one week. Part of that barrel got used in blending "Careful with that Fruit Salad, Eugene", while the rest is being poured on draft.

A: Funky, slight sharp vinegary aroma coupled with light coconut and oak barrel notes.
A: Golden color, totally clear, with a thinnish rocky white head that quickly formed a ring around the glass.
T: Lightly funky and slightly sharp moderately strong lingering sourness with a touch of oak.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately light carbonation. There is a moderately light amount of acidity.
O: Alright, bordering on OK; the beer's is not great and is a little too sharp and acidic. The addition of coconuts is barely noticeable and didn't really compliment the beer. All in all, the beer is jut not that tasty.
