Surprisingly true to style of Belgian lambic. Has an apricot-oak aroma and balanced acidity, focused. Very good!

Golden color, fairly clear. Small head. Fruity, brightly-hoppy, lemony, lambic-bretty smell. Very dry but not bitingly sour. Well-balanced, and an excellent interpretation of a hoppy, lambic-style ale. Excellent!
