Pours an unclear apricot color with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is funky Pommac with notes of lemon, green apples and some stables.
Taste is very well balanced, sour but not overpowering. Notes of lemon, tangerine and grapefruit bitterness. Complex, with lots of layers.
Mouthfeel is medium with bubbly carbonation.
Overall, a terrific sour, balanced but complex.
