Ruby red body with pinkish edges and head. Typical kriek nose with big sour cherry, light funk and lacto, no raspberry. What I call the kriek parfait taste: so big lacto, some yogurt bacteria, big cherry with limited fruit depth, underlying wheat and yes the raspberry does emrge by not sharply. Very little depth but tart, funk textures are subdued.
