Hazily clear amber-copper to red with a short khaki head that condenses to a thickly creamy curled collar.
God damn does the strawberry smell absolutely delicious. It's like my aunt's backyard jam: seedy, gooey and bright.
Taste seems like it will be sticky, but the carbonation in combination with the hibiscus prickles it up and dries it out, helping to deliver a crazily juicy yet lightly oaky, funky strawberry lambic expression in spades.
