Efflorescence is a full mixed culture, barrel aged sour infused with hibiscus. A capitvating pink hue introduces aromas of cherry limeade and stonefruit before progressing into flavors of dried apricot and cranberry. Complex and nuanced, while remaining refeshing, and balanced.
