16 oz can, brewed by Bearden Brewhouse, bought at the Bearden Beer Market.
Filled 10.15.21
Into Dogfish Head Nonic Pint
Murky juicy gold with a tall head of 3 fingers that recedes very slowly and leaves some thick lacing up the sides.
Fresh hops here, look out! Very pungent aromas of lemon candy, sweet orange, apricot, freshly sliced cantaloupe, and strawberry gummy rings.
Flavor is somewhat perfumed, but has some nice candied fruit flavor as well. Apricot, cantaloupe, grass, sweet lemon, strawberry, mint, and baking soda.
Feel is semi-juicy, with hard rocky carbonation though not hard water, with very mild alcohol and some slight resins on the back.
Overall, a very well-brewed beer and one I was glad I took a chance on. I had no idea what I was in store for, but Bearden Beer Market apparently knows how to do some great house brews. Recommended.
