A- Pours a hazy pale golden topped by a fizzy white head with little retention. No lacing. Very Budweiser-esque other than the haziness.
S- Mellow tartness (I'm assuming from the Sumac berries). Not detecting much else.
T- A good punch of tartness with a good foundation of pale malts. Not noticing much in the way of hops but the beer is well balanced. Similar taste to a Belgian sour without being overly sour.
M- Steady but moderate carbonation. Fairly light body. Easy drinking.
O- Definitely the first beer I've had that was brewed with Sumac (or anybody type of wild berry for that matter. They bring an interesting tartness to the brew that isn't overly sour. Would recommend !
