Sample at the brewery: Hazy dark straw color with good lacing. Flavors of sweet grains, cheese, lemon, grapefruits, peppercorn, caramel, brett yeast, and floral hops. Slick and smooth medium body a soft crisp. Medium to strong strength finish, slightly vinous with a flowery and cheese barnyard effect. Strong maillard reaction but well spiced. Good freshness and well bodied. Overall very good quality craft.

This pours a honey gold in color with a nice two or three finger head. The head breaks slowly and there is some okay lacing left behind.
The smell of this beer is traditional saison: spicy and peppery. Then you get the honey scent and finally the brett comes in giving this beer a nice overall profile.
The taste is similar to the nose, however the honey moves forward in taste, you get it almost immediately. It complements the traditional saison flavors nicely, then the funk at the end, giving this beer a nice twist.
The feel is nice, light/medium with a dryish finish. The bitter of the brett gives a nice after taste that leaves you wanting more.
I am impressed with this beer. I had no idea what to expect at first, but it proved itself quite nicely. I would recommend it to anyone.
