Cask at the brewery: Slightly hazy golden color with no activity. Soft foamy and bubbly with light legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of caramel, lemon, sweet barley, grapefruits, flora and herbal dry hops. Silky medium body with low carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, slightly dry and flowery with a powerful maillard effect. Fresh yet a bit dull and not cold enough. Quite bold but really smooth. Overall good quality craft.
