Poured a clear golden body, orange tints, with fizzy head that left bits of lace down glass. I really can't describe the aroma other than saying that there is something there, at least. No spices at all, one would think the rye would come through, and there is very little hop or malts present in the aroma. Beer comes across as light, not slick or watery but close enough, with a bitterly hopped flavor profile (very little citric notes) that mixes with odd spices (I guess this is the rye) and the finish is off putting. No malts come through and overall just not a well-crafted beer and should be avoided.
