A very balanced, soft, and juicy XPA. Loaded with Citra hops which give off a nice strong passion fruit and citrus hop aroma. As I drew my first drink it washed those wonderful aromas and taste over my palate, ending with subtle bitterness. If you lover hops but not the bitterness this is the one for you.

This is an all around awesome extra pale ale. The best part was the fresh smell of pure Citra hops. Also had a faint tropical mangoy smell. The taste was amazing, so much flavor but not in an over powering way. The taste that lingers is guava and mango, with other tropical type fruits such as a hint of pineapple. The feel was refreshingly smooth and just a tiny bitter hop bite on the end, which is something most hop heads will really love. This is not an overpowering beer but one you can enjoy all day. Over all this is one of the best new beers I have had in a long time.

 

Had NoonDay and the Dry County Brewery and the first thing that strikes you about this Pale Ale is the awesome Citra Hop aroma. The beer is nice and clear with a light golden pour with a touch of amber. Very nice head volume and world class lacing. Extremely refreshing beer that I could drink all night. Having visited the brewery a couple of times now I can honestly say I have liked all the beers I have tried and NoonDay was no different.

Overall, this beer was a drain pour, if there was a drain close. The beer was a very pale yellow with a thin white head that was not all that we retained. Light hop aroma. The taste was a mess...it was like they were going for a hoppy beer, but then watered it down...not sure how else to describe it. Light feel to the beer. Willing to give this brewery since it is local.
