On tap at Jack's Public House in Bradenton, GA.
Poured an opaque, mocha color with thin head. Slight bourbon smell, not much else. Taste is where it's at, great malty sweetness with a nice hint of oak and bourbon. Mouthfeel is nice as well, smooth and creamy with just enough carbonation. Overall a nice beer, glad to have tried it.

This was really good. The look had a nice creamy head, the smell was light on the bourbon that paired well with its mild bourbon flavor. Mouthfeel was full-bodied and thick, overall a very pleasant surprise.

This one was a really pleasant surprise. Holy cow. This deep, clear, ruby amber brew carries ample head and lace and keeps it longer than I thought it would. But what really blew me away was the profile. You get the caramel and biscuit sweetness (with maybe some cherry?) right up front, with some of the oak on the back that dries and cuts some of the sweetness. So smooth. And the alcohol warmth is subtle. When a beer like this hits you in waves and still feels like a complete package, something was done right. Wish the smell was stronger, but this is one of my surprises of 2019.

On tap at the Craft Beer Factory in Marietta, GA.
Clear dark copper colored body with a fine, durable, white head.
Medium body with light carbonation. Feels a bit too light for style.
Well balanced flavor with a barrel treatment that is moderate rather than overpowering.

Can't believe there are only 3 ratings on this awesome bourbon ale. Great bourbon flavor with some oak tastes as well. Great malt balance and easy drinking.

Tried Kennesaw Bourbon Ale on draft at WOB and it is one of the better bourbon beers I have enjoyed. This ale has a distinct bourbon flavor but is not overpowering which is sometimes tricky to achieve. There is also a slight oak flavor which adds to the complexity. Two thumbs up to Dry County Brewing on this one.

Wow!!! Made another visit to Dry County Brewing in Kennesaw, GA and this Bourbon Ale exactly how I like this style. The bourbon aroma and taste is there but not over powering and the Ale backbone of this beer is exceptional.
