Had this one a while back at the Dry County brewery and was not surprised to see it won a Gold Medal for the best Barrel Aged Beer at this years Best of Craft Beer Awards. Excellent blend of 3 barrel aged beers including "Damn It All" barley wine, "Old 41" oatmeal stout and Bad Hombre Imperial Stout. Has great chocolate, vanilla and bourbon flavors up front with a mellow peppery finish. Good Stuff!!!

Enjoyed this beer a few weeks ago at the Dry County brewery and just saw it took a Gold Medal at the Craft Beer Awards for best barrel aged beer. I remember 3 Amigos as being a standout brew and am not surprised with the award. If ever in Atlanta I recommend swinging by Dry County as they always have on interesting beers like 3 Amigos.

On tap at the brewery.
An excellent blend of 2 varieties of RIS (including Bad Hombre) and a porter. Very well blended (or good fortune) to produce an enticing stout with mild booziness, moderately strong flavor, light-medium bourbon barrel aging impact and a wonderful aroma, Hints of chocolate, chili peppers, coffee, vanilla and faint wood.
