BIL - Awesome Barley Wine - Just the right amount of booziness and malt. Another fine brew turned out by the crew over at Dry County which has become my favorite local brewery.

Damn It All has made me a barley wine fan #BIL. Wonderful whiskey and oak flavors are clearly present from aging in Woodford Reserve barrels. Smooth as a freshly waxed thigh especially considering the 11.5%ABV. I am very glad to have stopped by the brewery again and picked up a bottle of this gem.

On tap at the brewery.
Dark copper color with good clarity and a decent head.
This would probably benefit from some more aging but it already has mild booziness for 11.5% ABV.
Moderately strong flavor with mild barrel aging effects.
Nice aroma,
