Appearance: Slips out an amber-gold, fairly clear with a small-sized, egg shell white head.
Smell: Toasty, bready and biscuity. A slight, dry nutty element emerges, as it warms. Light whiff of yeast fermentation.
Taste: Toasted crusts, be it dry biscuits or crisp bread with a light, underlying nuttiness, particularly on the finish. Minimally sweet, initially. Modestly earthy, herbaceous hops with a minute bitterness, though sufficient to help balance. Finishes fairly dry with a lingering toasted tone and kiss of grain.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.
