great try at a hefeweizen by an american craft craft brewer . tastes like a german wheat

Purchased and opened in 22oz bottle on Nov 13, no date code found (grrr).
No hint of pressure as the bottle cap removed (uh oh)... suspected flat beer confirmed by pouring agressively into a clean glass yet no head appearing whatsoever.
Smell... zilch - picking up nothing.
Taste - nothing, as if an average beer opened yesterday and put in a fridge without a cap. Not at all impressed.
Feel - As you might expect given the above... flat.
Overall - Majorly disappointed, and will for sure not be getting near this again. Really lousy effort... sigh. On to something else now to salvage the evening.
