Bomber from Albertsons. Pours out a pinkish orange, initial high foamy head, fades to tightly beaded cap. Fine carbonation. Aroma is sweet, fruity, floral. Taste is more citrus, tangerine, flowery notes. Mildly dry finish.

Hazy rose' color with one finger of white three minute head.
Smell is sweet honey.
Taste is bitter sweet. Has some wine like properties.
Mouthfeel is light and well carbonated. The finish is lightly dry and mildly bitter.
Overall an unusual beer.

Poured a slightly pink medium tone with very little head, a thin layer which maintained through drinking. Aroma floral and decently hoppy. The flavor was a pleasantly light IPA - light to medium hoppy with mild floral notes. The taste fell off quickly, without much bitter or hoppy aftertaste (or much aftertaste at all for an IPA). Didn't really stick or have much presence in the nose or back of the tongue, comparative to other IPAs. The feel was highly carbonated, almost to a fault, but I prefer that so I still found it very pleasant. Overall, a very easy-to-drink beer.

I found this one rather pleasant. The hibiscus is committed to and works for it, imbuing the amber malt backbone with floral flavour. Mosaic lends its always-welcome signature blueberry note. Hop profile is pleasantly floral and fruity.

It doesn't resemble a wine in any respect, but I guess that makes for nice marketing. Quite well balanced with nice depth of flavour (particularly regarding the hibiscus). I could see this being better if brewed with a tea as well, if we're nitpicking, and it could be more complex and a bit bolder hopwise. But it's quite drinkable, with a crisp yet refreshing mouthfeel and no obvious faults or off-flavours.

World's first Pink IPA?

Appearance - The beer pours hazy orange red color with a tiny white head. The head fades very fast to leave a light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is on the more sour lemon side with a bit of herb and citrus and a tiny amount of floral notes.
Taste - The taste begins with a slightly lemon sour taste mixed with some light bread. As the taste moves forward the sourness increases a little bit and is joined by some light floral and herbal hops. These tastes take the taste to the end and leave one with a lightly hopped and slightly sour taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the beer is light aND crisp with a slightly higher carbonation level. For the sour and light hop tastes of the beer, the feel was fairly good as it made the brew more refreshing.
Overall - I would not call this an IPA. It is more sour than hoppy in my opinion. Not really one I would go to on any occasion.
