25th Anniversary Ale
Liars & Lambs Raspberry Brown Ale is a beer born of obscurity and time forgotten. T/his Brown Ale has rested in our cellar for over 5 years, awaiting the perfect moment for its debut. With a robust aroma of raspberry, chocolate, and raisins, it reveals flavors of brown sugar, chocolate malt, and mature oak, all fortified by a 10.6% barrel-roof ABV.

Strong, fruity and smooth, the taste that's twenty five years in the making manifests in a bourbon barrel aged beer of extended age. That's simply the Kentucky way.
Kentucky Liars & Lambs comes with a deep crimson appearance, cast in a slight fog and capped with a light and fluffy froth. As a bright and bold aroma of raspberry captures the nose, additional scents of caramel, honey and toast suggests the scent of fresh baked granola. Expectedly sweet one the tongue, honey, brown sugar and toasted sweetness soaks each and every tastebud with malt sweetness. As hints of toast, nuttiness, cocoa and coffee arise, their character are muted while an aura of bourbon bring a toasted oak, vanilla, sweet and smoky char to the finish.
Medium-full in body, the extended age of the beer has allowed a bleaching of color and flavor while the raspberries stand tall through it all. The session concludes with a soft suggestion of light port wine and honey liquor.
