On tap at San Marcos Brewery.
A: Dark orange with a wispy white cap.
S: Orange, tangerine, and grapefruit, with some bread lingering beneath. The hop profile is pleasantly aromatic with restrained floral notes.
T: Orange and a little grapefruit with balancing malt that reminds me a little of caramel with some bread. There's a lower moderate bitterness. The finish is smooth, dry, and balanced.
M: Lower medium body with moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is smooth, dry, and sticky.
Overall: An enjoyable pale ale. Easy to drink with a respectable hop profile.
