Dry hopped Pilsner with NY grown Cascade hops. Can poured into shaker pint glass
Clear golden on color, white head. Pretty mild hop aroma actually. Biscuity pale malt in the flavor, but fiarly dry finish. Thin to medi bodied.

The pour from a pint can into a clear Imperial pint glass shows a liquid with a very light yellow-amber hue. It is mildly opaque, without much of a head. The aroma is Pilsneresque, pleasantly malty with a hoppy overtone. The taste is a bit too soapy and perfume-llke to be good. The hoppiness promised by the nose isn't much there. The taste is thin, especially for a brew with such a low ABV. Maybe marginally better than some of the adjunct American lagers that claim to be Pilsners, but a sad disappointment, overall.
