On-tap at Able Seedhouse + Brewery, Minneapolis, MN
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus hops are present in the nose - orange seems to stand out in particular - along with a bit of grapefruit.
T: The taste is dominated by flavors of orange citrus. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a classic citrusy IPA.
Serving type: on-tap

Nice and clean IPA overall. It's very fruit-dominant but finishes very dry considering how fruity the initial taste it.

Poured a clear, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange peel, toasted caramel and a little pine/resin. Sweet orange flavor with toasted caramel and mild bitterness.
