Copenhagen 8/10 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Close up of different types of tropical fruits on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head- A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with elegant, tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and papaya. Tart citrus and lime. Hints of bitter grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Ligers for a bit, Finish is a tad watery.
Hard carbonated and lively. With a fine tart bite.
