In a flight at the taproom. Enjoyable. Not super heavy for a Scottish ale.

Sampled at SOB Fest 2015, and later at the brewery in 2016.
Draft at the brewery. Dark brown, looks a little like an amber, lightly hazy and unfiltered.
Ample head, leaves behind arcs of lacing in the glass, and spotty flecks around the edges.
Malty aroma, lightly nutty and yeasty.
Taste is malt forward also, nutty and lightly toasty with a background yeasty note.
Light bodied, crisp and clean, easily drinkable. One of the more sessionable offerings at the brewery.
